Fitness should begin at a young age

C.J. Senter is not only the youngest advocates for childhood fitness, he’s also one of the most inspiring.  What 10-year-old do YOU know that encourages classmates to exercise rather than play video games?  With childhood obesity on the rise at an alarming rate, this kid has the right idea.  He believes that in order to be fit for life, the habit must begin in adolescence.  He’s created a DVD with two 40 minute workouts aimed at kids.  You can read his bio and buy his DVDs on his website.

Personally, I’m very impressed with his drive! I hope my kids will love to be active.

Though the thoughts and ideas are based upon the authors of Fit and Faithfuls opinions, the scripture is truth. It is strongly recommended that you consult your physician prior to starting a fitness routine or diet.
