Here we have exhibit A: The typical burger bun


For me, I only use the bun to keep the goods together, let’s face it, a burger bun has a lot extra carbs and calories we really don’t need. So I came up with an idea.

Exhibit B: The typical hollowed out bun



So the pictures are not the best quality, but you get the idea. Now that we have eliminated some of that bread, you can pile on the veggies! I love a slice of onion, tomato and avocado on a nicely seasoned turkey burger!
